He later admitted that he rarely verified his data and often assumed victims’ religions based on location.

A six-month contract with DCI Group, a U.S. public affairs firm, is now public. The deal runs through June 2026. Fees are structured at US$750,000 per month with a US$4.5 million upfront retainer.
